Username - Enter a username.

Full Name - Enter your first and last name.

Email Address - Enter email address. Used for internal purposes only.

Password - Enter password. Minimum 5 alpha/numeric characters.

Introduction - Entry a short introductory bio of yourself.

Picture - Upload a picture of yourself.

Website Address - Enter website address.
